Withdrawal request policy for freelancers

When a freelancer hired on the Seemuehub system has completed the work and delivered it as agreed between both parties, the client and the freelancer, the freelancer must request to withdraw the money held in the escrow system. Seemuehub will review the request and transfer the money directly to the freelancer through their account.

1) Conditions for requesting a withdrawal

Freelancers can request a withdrawal in cases that meet the following conditions:

• You have completed all tasks as agreed by both parties, the client and the freelancer, and the client has accepted the delivery of the work as scheduled.

• The client has not responded or has not confirmed receipt of the work within 7 days from the day you gave notice that the work was completed and delivered.

• You must have reliable evidence that the work was delivered successfully; good evidence should include:

  • Confirmation from the client that the work was delivered successfully

  • Uploading of the completed work files in the system.

  • Communication records showing the delivery of the work.

  • Other information proving that the work was completed as agreed.

2) Request and review procedure

• The freelancer must submit a formal withdrawal request through the Seemuehub system, attaching all relevant evidence.

• The Seemuehub team will notify the client of the freelancer's withdrawal request, for the client to confirm the successful delivery of the work and respond within 24 hours after being notified. If there is no response, the request will be considered based on the available evidence.

• After receiving complete information from both parties, the Seemuehub team will review it and pay the freelancer for the service within 48 hours (business days) from the day the complete information is received.

• Our decision may result in the following:

  • Full payment approved: if the evidence shows that the work was completed in accordance with every term of the agreement.

  • Partial payment approved: if the work was only partly completed or has minor errors.

  • Request rejected: if the request does not have sufficient grounds or the evidence is not solid.

• If your withdrawal request is approved, the money in the escrow system will be transferred to you directly. The transfer will be made through the bank account you registered in the system, with a 15% service fee deducted from the amount withdrawn.

3) Exceptions to withdrawal requests

Withdrawal requests will be rejected in the following cases:

• The work you delivered does not match the agreed details or has serious errors.

• Requests without reliable evidence of the work's delivery.

• Payment transactions that were not made directly through the Seemuehub platform.

4) Anti-fraud measures

To protect against fraud, the Seemuehub platform has the following anti-fraud measures:

• Our team will check every withdrawal request thoroughly.

• If a freelancer is found to have made a fraudulent withdrawal request (for example, using fake evidence or making untrue reports), your account will be permanently closed immediately and you will not be able to withdraw the money remaining in the system.
