Credit top-up policy

1) Nature and value of credits

Credits are the in-platform currency of Seemuehub; 1 credit has a value equal to 1 kip (LAK). Credits that you top up are kept in your account and can be used only for transactions within the system.

2) Credit top-up procedure

For the transparency and security of transactions, credit top-ups are carried out according to the steps set out below:

• You must enter the amount of credits you want to top up into your account.

• Choose a supported payment channel, account name: VANGUARD INITIATIVE CO., LTD, bank: Indochina Bank (IB). The system will generate a QR code or transfer details specific to that particular credit top-up. You must use your mobile banking app to scan that Lao QR code or transfer the money according to the details provided.

• After the payment is completed, the system will automatically convert your money into credits, and you will receive credits in your account according to the amount of money you topped up.

3) Use and withdrawal of credits

• Credits are used for paying for hired work, buying services or paying various fees within the Seemuehub platform. When a hiring agreement is made, credits equal to the value of the work will be held in the escrow system until the work is completed.

• Remaining credits cannot be withdrawn as money; credits can be used only to buy services within the system.

4) Terms and precautions

• Using illegal methods to top up credits is prohibited; such acts will be strictly penalized.

• Seemuehub reserves the right to review every suspicious credit top-up transaction and may request additional information from you to verify its accuracy.

• You must take responsibility for the accuracy of your payment information and the security of your own account.

• It is prohibited to scan a QR code that has already been paid in order to make a new top-up, because that code will give credits equal to the credits previously topped up. We will not be responsible for credit top-ups made from an old QR code that do not give the full amount of credits wanted, in accordance with this provision. You should strictly follow the top-up steps set out in section 2.
